Long time no talk, I know :( But I had to come on here and talk about my recent trip to Asheville, North Carolina! We did a lot in a short amount of time, so I thought I'd share what we did. Friday We arrived at our hotel around 8pm Friday night. We stayed at the Grove Park Inn . It's a beautiful resort with a golf course, spa, stores, and restaurants. You can see the Blue Ridge mountains and it's just gorgeous! We settled into our hotel room and immediately went to get dinner because we were starving. We ate at Edison, Craft Ales & Kitchen . It's a casual restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The food was really good! The salad was so good that I had to try recreating it when I got home, lol.   Since it was late, we decided to just explore and walk around inside the hotel since it is so big and then went to sleep. Saturday We started the morning getting some coffee and hot chocolate from the coffee/gift shop in the hotel
