Hi!! My name is Sarah and I'm an Indian-American girlie, born and raised in Alabama, currently living in Atlanta, Georgia. I have a degree in industrial engineering, and now I work in supply chain and logistics. Even though I'm what they call an "adult", I honestly don't know what I'm doing with my life and am actively trying to figure it out. BUT, I do have a love for:

That was a lot. I started this blog early in high school, took a break, and restarted it in college. College was a dark time and this blog became a creative outlet for me to share my thoughts, my adventures, and my interests related to fashion, beauty, religion... basically everything I listed above.

I have always had pretty clear skin. If I ever had breakouts, which was more frequent in college, I was able to eventually pinpoint what exactly caused it, and it would usually be linked to stress or a certain food. And it was usually like 2-3 breakouts, so nothing like super crazy. New York City Guide: Taylor Swift Edition (With the walking path attached!)

So my fiancé and I went to NYC during the weekend of the 1989 (Taylor's Version) release, so I thought it was only appropriate to plan a Taylor Swift-themed tour especially since 1989 has been referred to as the New York City album. Am I crazy? Yes. But was it fun? YES!!! I thought I could share our tour with you guys, if any Swifties ever want to do the same. And if you're going with a significant other who doesn't like Taylor Swift related activities, just lie and say you're going to some cool new spots to check out. I may or may not have done that. Thoughts on the Wedding Industry (and planning a wedding)

As you might have read in a previous blog post, I'm getting married! I've been getting questions about our plans, so I thought it might be interesting to share my thoughts on the wedding industry as a whole and what we are doing in regards to planning our own wedding. When I was younger and basically until after I graduated from college, I wanted a big fat Indian wedding. Or at least the Malayalee Christian version of what that would be, lol. Inviting 500+ people, hosting multiple parties, wearing the fanciest clothes, the whole thing. Then I'm not exactly sure what happened. I think with the rise of TikTok, the COVID-19 pandemic, the influx of weddings, I realized how naturally anxious of person I am and how anxious and stressed weddings made me, especially when it came to the money and planning side of things. Easy 70s Halloween Costume

We made a girls trip to New Orleans and wanted to dress up for Halloween while we were there! But we didn't want to do anything super crazy or expensive, so we decided to go as hippies/70s girls. Or how most people will call it.... #BASIC. Where we got our stuff: Tie-dye shirts - Me and my friend Brandee went to Hobby Lobby and bought t-shirts and Tulip brand Tie Dye. Literally everything we bought was on sale and cheap, so highly suggest going to Hobby Lobby if you decide to make t-shirts!
